A graduate from the Institute of Hotel Management, Chandigarh, Simerjeet proceeded to study at the Intercontinental Hotel School, Sydney, Australia.
He pursued varied part-time jobs alongside his university studies including working for the Sydney Olympics and selling Life Insurance for a major multinational company.
Straight after graduation, Simerjeet was then accepted into the Marriott International's Management Training Program in USA where he was based for 1.5 years. Simerjeet returned back to India, where he joined the Radisson Hotel in Jalandhar as the Assistant Manager, Food & Beverages.

| His quest to experience diverse cultures took him to Dubai where he worked as an assistant manager in the pre-opening team of the Grand Hyatt Hotel. His home for the next 3 years after Dubai, was the United Kingdom where he started as the Pre-Opening General Manager of what is now an established and well known restaurant chain. In the UK, Simerjeet also worked with Scotland based Macdonald Hotels Plc and Accor Hotels (Mercure) as Hotel Operations Manager. |

| The desire to return to India and contribute value to the nation, brought Simerjeet back to India to share his skills in November 2007. |

A graduate in Political Science Honours from G.C.G Chandigarh, Tarveen pursued her Master's in Political Science from Punjab University, Chandigarh.
In India, Tarveen worked with the BPO Industry in the National Capital Region starting her career as a Trainer and progressing on to be a Training Manager.
In the UK Tarveen worked for Atlas International, a major international real estate company and had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the European Union on her sales assignments. |
